Founded in 1936, it is the oldest broadcasting service in the country. This Crown corporation also has an English-language counterpart, the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation). It has television services (ICI Radio-Canada Télé, ICI RDI, ICI ARTV and ICI Explora + CBC Television, CBC News Network and documentary), radio (ICI Radio-Canada Première and ICI Musique + CBC Radio One and CBC Music) and international (Radio Canada International). A video-on-demand website is also available (ICI TOU.TV, some content is subject to a fee).
