A workshop created by 3 blacksmiths in 1997, Dorte Eilenberger, Charlotte Steen and Gitte Christensen, but today only Charlotte is responsible for production. She works mainly in steel combined with materials such as mirror, wood, glass... and her unique decorative pieces (furniture, pots, candlesticks, tables, chairs...) are particularly renowned. Founded in 1908, Carl Hansen & Søn is a landmark in the history of Danish design, producing furniture that has become timeless. Hans J. Wegner's famous CH24 chair, also known as the Wishbone Chair, was designed exclusively for Carl Hansen & Søn in 1949 and has been in continuous production since 1950.
