Every day Scandlines operates between Puttgarden (Langeland) and Rødby (Lolland). The boat trip takes about 45 minutes. You will have a wide range of departures, approximately every 30 minutes, from 7 am to 9 pm. Times vary according to the season. Check-in no later than 15 minutes before the ferry leaves. The journey is pleasant, especially the view of this amazing island of Langeland. Relatively rugged landscapes, traces of Quaternary glaciers. Short stop before continuing the transfer.

Departure approximately every hour from 5:15 am to 10:15 pm (variable depending on the season), even though the connection is frequent, and if you want to be sure to have a place in the boat at the chosen time, you can buy your ticket online. Check-in at the latest 15 minutes before the departure of the ferry. The trip is pleasant with the view on this amazing island of Langeland all in length, it passes very quickly and allows you to take a break before resuming the road.

How to get to Bornholm island? By sea, of course! There are daily ferry arrivals and departures. You can embark with your vehicle. If it is electric, you can recharge it on board. The price generally includes the vehicle plus two people on board.

Molslinjen is a shipping company based in Aarhus that has been sailing on the Kattegat since 1966. Several transfers: Rønne - Ystad, Rønne - Køge and Rønne - Sassnitz (Germany).

From Copenhagen: train or bus to Ystad, Sweden, then boat. The journey takes about 80 minutes!

How not to succumb to the charm of Gjogv? The houses are spread out along the basket-shaped shore surrounded by sloping cliffs covered with short grass overlooking the sea. But where is the port hidden? It is located in a fault of the cliff. A very deep gorge which gave its name to the village, and which presents an inclined plane in cement allowing to winch the boats in case of bad weather. This company offers year-round ferry transfers from Aarhus or Hou (further south) to Saelvig (Samsø). There are several departures per day, depending on the season, you can check the calendar online and buy your ticket. The crossing takes about one hour. Some trips may be cancelled due to weather conditions such as strong winds. The crossing allows you to embark your bicycle, a means of transportation adapted to the discovery of the island and its 22 villages. Cars can also be taken on board.

Scandlines takes passengers between Denmark and Germany around 45 times a day, from Puttgarden to Rødby (departures every 30 minutes, 45-minute journey, the easiest way to travel) and from Rotstock to Gedser (more than 10 departures a day, 2-hour journey). It's best to book in advance, especially in summer (you can book online, which is cheaper than by phone or at the ticket office). If you don't want to take the ferry, you can go via Jutland, but this takes considerably longer. This option allows you to extend your stay.
