The brand is produced at the Domaine de Séverin in Sainte-Rose. At Patrick Maurin's factory, you can watch the cauldron at work, while receiving explanations (always with a smile) on the process of making battery syrup. You can also taste the syrup and then make your purchases in the store, where pastries are sometimes available.
