It is organized by an association, the ADARSUB (Association for the agricultural and rural development of South Basse-Terre), which gathers farmers of the territory. Local producers come to sell their agricultural production directly to individuals. The stalls are full of fruit and vegetables, fresh fish, local meats, flowers, coconut water, but also processed products (black pudding, punch, cocoa, sweet and savoury cassava)...

It's an opportunity to learn how to eat healthily during your stay, with fresh, seasonal produce from healthy, responsibly grown agriculture. A good place to discover quality local fruit and vegetables (madeira, malanga, sugar cane, yams, sweet potatoes, papayas, giraumons, avocados, cucumbers...). The farm also offers overnight camping.
