The Baguet Shop brand has been present in Guadeloupe since 2005. It is the undisputed leader of sandwich-snacking in the West Indies. There are about twenty points of sale spread over Martinique and Guadeloupe. The concept is simple and the success is undeniable: offer fresh bread, crispy pastries, high quality pastries every day, but also a wide range of salads, sandwiches and other bagels, quiches or puff pastries, served at any time of the day. The common denominator is also the pride in conveying local flavours from Caribbean culture. Thus, sandwiches benefit in particular from the specificities of Creole cuisine: for example, cod sandwich, lamb chunks or cinnamon apples and sweet or savoury pâtés. A real little gourmet break to be strongly recommended.
