You can admire this show for free on the beach between the Hilton Hawaiian Village and the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort (not to be confused with the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort). The best thing to do is to sit on the beach to watch the sunset and have a picnic while waiting for the magnificent fireworks! You can also attend the show in the hotel (paying), it is preceded by a musical show at 6pm.

No drinks or food are served, and smoking, taking pictures or filming is prohibited. After waiting in line outside, in front of a building that seems to be almost falling apart, you enter a dark room made of wood and stone. This room is the home of the New Orleans style, a style that had to be preserved after the popular craze for rock'n'roll and modern jazz.
