This cellar, run by Gabriella, Emiliano and Leandro Alessi, has an annual production of 100,000 litres. Franck Thollet, originally from Savoie, helps his father-in-law cultivate the land belonging to his wife's family. In the heart of the steep streets of Bova, the brothers Carmelo and Bruno Traclò sometimes open the doors of their cantina for a visit and a tasting of their red wine, Lanò. The Lanò is made according to traditional methods, using local grape varieties, Nerello Calabrese and Castiglione. It is not filtered because the brothers want to preserve all the aromas. Attached to their land and its traditions, they are committed to an organic and biodynamic approach. The result: a raw and aromatic wine, in the image of this territory.

The Nardini distillery is the oldest and most popular in the area. Established in Bassano in 1779, its reputation has grown over the centuries; the French and Austrians, throughout the nineteenth century, were the real pillars of the distillery. The old distillery bar, located at the foot of the Ponte Vecchio, is therefore a small piece of history, which comes alive especially in the evening. These historic cellars belonged to the Falletti di Barolo marquises, who were already producing an exceptional wine in the ^18th century. In addition to learning more about the history of Barolo, the tour is interesting, with a chance to admire barrels several hundred years old. A small family-run estate specialising in the cultivation of vineyards, olive groves and saffron. Remaining faithful to the tradition of the terroir and its family, even today, it remains a reference for its products, all certified with the organic label. Its high quality wines are made from ancient native grape varieties such as Vernaccia de San Gimignano, Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo. Founded in the early 1990s, this family-run cantina has won numerous awards and prizes. It produces an excellent range of wines, from Taurasi DOCG to table wine. A tour of the estate takes you down into vaulted cellars dug up to 12 metres deep. This is where the barrels are kept. There is also a small museum of the farming tradition, with a centuries-old press and various old tools. It is possible to book a wine tasting with cheese and salted meats from the region.

After passing under the bell tower of Santa Trofimena, which spans the street, you reach the shop of this artisanal liquorificio , bathed in the scent of citrus fruits. Tasting and sale of limoncello made according to a traditional recipe from lemons of the Amalfi coast. Natural ingredients and flavours are used in the composition of the other liqueurs on sale: Bronte pistachio cream, finocchietto (made with wild fennel), amaro, fragolina (strawberry)... In Termini, a 5-minute drive from Sant'Agata, Nastro d'Oro is a small artisanal workshop specializing in the production of limoncello. This family-run winery offers the opportunity to discover and stock up on white and red wines in single-varietal or blended varieties. The De Conciliis family welcomes you to their estate in the hinterland of Agropoli to discover their Cilento wines, produced from the 15 hectares of vines on the property. The grape varieties, characteristic of the region, are Fiano for the white andAglianico for the red. Their production obtained organic certification in 2015. It's best to contact them before visiting and tasting their wines, among which the Donnaluna Fiano DOC (white) and Donnaluna Aglianico Paestum IGP (red). The company also produces extra virgin olive oil.

This family estate was founded in the 1930s by the great-grandfather and is now run by the Pozzatti brothers who insist on tradition at the heart of their modern philosophy. The vineyards are located in Santa Maria La Palma, in the plain of Nurra, a few kilometers from the Gulf of Alghero. The wines are declined in the 3 colors and in grappa. Craft microbrewery located in the hinterland of Sorrento, less than 10 minutes by car from the city center. It was founded in 2009 by two friends who are passionate about the art of brewing and attached to their Sorrento territory. Florian Rabanser is passionate about beautiful mountains and racy spirits. That's all it took to create a top-flight distillery. This winery has been in existence since 1956. With many years of experience acquired and passed on, Cantina Gallura produces wines of character that respect the terroir and the local grape varieties.
