While walking in the medina, you can stop by the Continental Hotel, a cult place in the Tangier of the past. The terrace, one of the prettiest in the city, overlooks the port and the old city. Although the hotel has lost some of its prestige over the years, it has nevertheless retained a lot of charm. The service sometimes drags a bit, but there is a sweet air of nostalgia here. To get there, you have to pass by the port and go up to the medina by the street, or access the medina by the Grand Socco square.

At the foot of the lighthouse, this café opened 50 years ago and was recently renovated. It was one of the meeting places of writers and artists like Paul Bowles, Henri Matisse, Jean Genet and more recently Mohammed Choukri and Tahar Ben Jelloun. The oldest house of the medina listed in Marrakech had long been neglected. Restored in 2000, in the respect of its original architecture, it found all of its beauty: stucco arabesques, carved cedar wood, magnificent patio... It is located in a beautiful 18th century building and overlooks the port to offer a nice view of the sea on its large terrace on two levels. Taros also houses a handicraft store and a library. A large bar faces the stage where oriental dance shows are performed from time to time. Nice atmosphere to end the evening.

There's nothing like going to Serge on Sunday afternoon with his beach bag. The friendly club overlooks its blue and white blue colours, its lounge rooms with windows overlooking the large and outdoor terraces overlooking the sand of a few steps with, for appointment, its small circular outdoor bar.
