KUTSCHKERMARKT

Market €€

It's the market of the popular and trendy 18th district. The Kutschkermarkt's offer is of excellent quality and varied with fruit, vegetables, bread, fish, wine, fruit juices and jams. The flower stalls of the florists add to its charm. Here you can remember Irene Pöhl, one of the pioneers of the market with Pöhl's Käsestand, the city's most famous cheese dairy, and right across the street is Pöhl's Canteen with its sensational breakfast, lunch menu, cheese plates and omelettes.

NASCHMARKT

Market
Recommended by a member

It is the biggest, most famous, most touristic, if not the most authentic market. Some will prefer the small neighbourhood markets. That said, with nearly 120 stalls, you have plenty to stock up on! And for the pleasure of the eyes, the Naschmarkt is still a beautiful and colourful market. You will find a variety of stalls and tables, from the most Viennese to the most exotic, from India to Vietnam and southern Italy. At the entrance to the market, there is a well-stocked wine library. Prefer off-peak hours.
