MÃO TRAVESSA
Read moreA creperie in Porto. But not only. Various snacks are offered, from bruschetta to more traditional Portuguese dishes (soups, mixed salads, sardines, calamari, etc.) and tapas. The pancakes and galettes are made according to recipes and methods that would not be denied in Dinan. It is good, fast, fresh and not expensive. Very friendly service. When you leave, don't forget to take away some delicious bombocas which look like chocolate meringues with different flavors.
PASTELERIA BELLARIA
Read moreLocated in the central square of Rio Maior, this establishment is unmissable. It's the place to be once you've finished shopping. Admittedly a little noisy, you can console yourself by ordering a few small gourmet plates, savoury or sweet. Club or baguette sandwiches, pancakes, crêpes, ice creams, sponge cakes to bring a tear to your eye... But the best thing to try is probably the bellaria, a small almond cake typical of the house, or a vanilla lacinho sprinkled with powdered sugar. What a program!
