Packages start at €35 for a blow-dry (including cream shampoo, massage, etc.) or €45 for color. Georgia and Anthony, two Englishmen, really have the most elegant or latest trend scissors, and the small team is very friendly. They also do training, but given the flamboyant or psychedelic models on the posters, this kind of exercise should be avoided before a job interview.

On the course of the elevador da Bica, some French-speaking hairdressers (among others) have opened one of the most popular hairdressing areas. In addition to a few design objects from the 1970s to admire, you can have your hair styled or oriented or match your head to your mood of the day or to your latest suit for a variable price. The best remains the extraordinary cranial massage with essential oils. Not to spoil anything, the music is very relaxed!

An intimate, complete and chic spa with black ceilings, slate floors and wooden furniture that give it a soothing and cosy feel. There is a hammam, a sauna, a heated pool, a gym and 3 massage rooms. Organii is an organic cosmetics store. It offers face and body care products, as well as make-up. There are of course international brands that can be found in France but more and more Portuguese brands are starting to appear. They are often independent brands that do not yet have their own store. So, you can only discover them by going to stores like Organii. The store in Chiado is not the biggest but there are other addresses for more choice.

This is one of our favorite places to get a manicure or pedicure. The value for money is undeniable, and you'll need to make an appointment in advance if you want to get the time you want. In fact, this salon is very popular with the locals and is always full. Don't hesitate to contact them by WhatsApp, if speaking English on the phone scares you. It's also worth noting that the people who work here don't speak French and don't speak much English. You're in total immersion here, but it's worth it.

This center offers many therapeutic and non-therapeutic massages as well as energy treatments such as reiki. The advantage is that if you do not have a reservation, you also have the possibility to come without an appointment because there are many practitioners present on site. Massages vary in length. You can be tempted by a short 30-minute massage of the neck, head and shoulders or by a one-hour massage of the whole body. The center is welcoming, but you can sometimes hear people outside the booth you are in.

A barbershop in the heart of Lisbon that is worth the detour, if only to admire the beautiful alignment of retro chairs and old-fashioned equipment! The floor mosaic and ceiling mouldings are period (1886), the rest was renovated and restored before reopening in 2016. It's one of those stalls in Lisbon from another time! Notice to retro haircut enthusiasts and to those who maintain their beard with passion. If you are not impressed by the razor, the session ends with a lavender after shave of the most beautiful effect.

At the top of the Bairro Alto, a tiny hairdressing salon run by Peter, a Franco-Portuguese who, after working in Paris, moved to Lisbon. Here, the service is personalised, Peter massages you and does your hair for an hour. He doesn't do classic hairstyles but rather original ones, in his own image. A cosy and sexy hairdressing salon. Perfect for those who want to change their haircut or hairstyle in the middle of their trip (because there is no place to!). Welcoming of course neat.

With its two addresses in the heart of Lisbon (one in Rato and the other in Picoas), this spa offers various massages and treatments. Since 2014, Agua Mae has been organising guided tours of the Castro Marim salt works and invites you to put yourself in the shoes of a local by harvesting the fleur de sel yourself. If you want to bring back a tattoo as a souvenir, this studio is one of the best known in Lisbon with renowned artists. Quality work and perfect lines, you can go there with your eyes closed. However, this has a price, it will still cost at least 150 € for a detailed part, which is cheaper than in France most of the time.

Have you always dreamed of taking a trip back to the 1930s and getting your beard trimmed the way your ancestors did? The barbershop on the rua do Alecrim will take care of it! Completely vintage but also very hipster, the superb salon has a hellish cachet: fabulous barber chairs from another time, mosaics on the floor and some hunting trophies on the walls. Here, we offer you cuts in the style of the 1920s to 1950s. Be careful though, as this exhibition is very trendy and well known in Lisbon, prices are affected.
