A spicy address! Sandrine V. Kabonga is a producer, expert and consultant in peppers and spices. Many of her spices come from the DR Congo (the country of her ancestors), directly from the Misao production chain to her boutique. You'll find a wide selection of spices from other parts of the world: pepper, vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, chillies..., as well as homemade blends: curries, zaatar, spiced coffees and teas. Spice-tasting workshops are also held at Misao. Simba and Tembo beers from RDC are also available.

Santos Palace's reputation is well established! The roasting company was founded in 1911 under the name of Compagnie Brésilienne on rue de Manchester (the workshop is still there today). Noël Blondeel, father of the current owner, bought the company 50 years ago and gave it its current name.
