So he decided to launch his idea of a vegan, organic restaurant where you can treat yourself. After Ghent and New York, Botaniste is now established in Le Châtelain. The room is bright, with a superb black and white tiled floor. You go straight to the counter and choose your dishes or menu (soup, chili sin carne, vegetarian tajine...). Everything is prepared behind the counter. All you have to do is savor it with a glass of wine.

At the start of a "project kot", four young people enthusiastically launched this café-citizen where debates and other militant events are organized.
