NOÏ
Read moreNoï has taken up residence in an old carpenter's workshop. The address isn't easy to find: GPS mode on mandatory (yellow house with a big "Noï" sign, that should help). The setting is typical and original. But in fine weather, one of the most beautiful terraces in the area is open to diners. On the plate, classic chicken, pork, beef or shellfish dishes are enhanced by local curries, ginger, sweet and sour or sautéed vegetables, and served efficiently. We warn the novice with little pictograms that sting more and more.

LITTLE SIAM
Read moreThe kingdom of Siam, the ancient name of Thailand, is featured in this small restaurant, which is always full (remember to make reservations). The owner is Thai and infuses an authentic taste into the plates, which are also very copious and affordable, while the Flemish owner is friendly. It didn't take us long to turn this into a canteen, as the people of Bruges have decided. The Tom Yam soup with shrimps and the Khung maksaman with chicken and yellow curry were delicious. We also recommend the Thai assortment as a starter to discover new flavors.

And with good reason: the dishes are exquisite, the setting attractive, the prices reasonable, the location central.
