Two very courageous owners have embarked on this original and exotic project, which is a welcome change from traditional Liège cuisine. Ndeye Mour N'diaye is Senegalese and masters her cuisine perfectly: acras, moambe or oclombo chicken, duck with mango, thieboudienne, grilled sea bream with Senegalese herbs... The sun (even in the middle of winter) and the flavors of Africa and the Caribbean are reflected in the dishes, which are copious, appetizing and affordable. As for service, Fabienne Servais is on hand to advise guests. What's more, the mixed-race setting is very cute.

You can enjoy moambe and other specialities in this small restaurant decorated in the old style, on the borders of Matongé. The goat meat, for example, is a trip in itself! You should also try a dish of Liboke, the fish steamed in banana leaves. In short, the food is very good and the suggestions change every week... The menu features specialities from all over sub-Saharan Africa, exotic fruit juices, a selection of good beers and Caribbean rums. Musical entertainment on Friday nights.
