Two very courageous owners have embarked on this original and exotic project, which is a welcome change from traditional Liège cuisine. Ndeye Mour N'diaye is Senegalese and masters her cuisine perfectly: acras, moambe or oclombo chicken, duck with mango, thieboudienne, grilled sea bream with Senegalese herbs... The sun (even in the middle of winter) and the flavors of Africa and the Caribbean are reflected in the dishes, which are copious, appetizing and affordable. As for service, Fabienne Servais is on hand to advise guests. What's more, the mixed-race setting is very cute.

You can enjoy moambe and other specialities in this small restaurant decorated in the old style, on the borders of Matongé. The goat meat, for example, is a trip in itself! You should also try a dish of Liboke, the fish steamed in banana leaves. In short, the food is very good and the suggestions change every week... The story of the restaurant is the story of a self-made man , Parfait Ebeng. Coming from Cameroon, he decided to take over a snack bar near the Parvis de Saint-Gilles. A fan of Roger Milla, he named his establishment after his idol and offered Cameroonian specialities. It's a success, and with good reason: in a relaxed atmosphere, they serve you chicken wings (grilled or barbecued), braised fish or goat or dishes with ndolé (a kind of spinach). Beware, the recipes are made just like over there and it often stings, but it's so good!

Aris Kumeso Mateta and his sister Pricilla launched this trattoria where the flavours of sub-Saharan Africa come together. The dining room is far from a cliché ethnic restaurant. It's an old pharmacy from the Belle Époque, with all the charm of the time, and a few touches of African decor here and there: masks, fabrics...
