Read moreThe main airport of the island of Alderney is a tiny airport (it's almost more like an aerodrome) from which you can fly to England (Southampton) or to Guernsey. Be careful, in case of bad weather conditions, the planes do not take off! On site, you will find a refreshment bar and a small duty free service. Cabs are waiting for travelers at each plane arrival, if you are too busy to walk to town or if the weather is stormy. It takes about 5 minutes and costs about £6.

Read moreIt is a very small airport, accessible to travelers from 5:45 am to the last flight of the day, where you should not get lost! Inside, in addition to the boarding lounges, there is a kiosk, several vending machines, snacks and an annex of the tourist office. By cab, to reach the center of St. Helier, it will cost you about £20 per trip. You should also know that the n° 15 bus connects the airport to the center of St. Helier for £2.40. There are also car rental companies.

To reach the capital Saint-Peter-Port by cab, it will cost you around £15-£20 to reach the center. Cabs are available right outside the airport. Alternatively, bus no. 91 runs very frequently (on average every 15-20 minutes) from the airport to the center of Saint-Peter-Port for the modest sum of £1.20.
