This restaurant enjoys an exceptional setting in a historic building in Sanssouci Park inspired by a Chinese pagoda, the Drachenhaus means Dragon's House. Led by owner and sommelier Fabian Fischer and chef Steven Zeidler, Bricole began as a fine bar serving appetizers and wine before transforming into an upscale restaurant that was awarded a Michelin star in 2022. The menu begins with a basket of bread and butter followed by delicately presented small plates. For example: imperial quail with truffles and grapes, or cod confit with apple sake and hollandaise, real delights. The menu changes regularly according to the season's products.

This restaurant with cooking workshop one kilometre west of the old town offers creative dishes based on seasonal and regional ingredients. The workshops take place one Sunday a month at 11 am (exceptions: April, August and September) and are a great opportunity to look over the shoulders of chefs and learn interesting things about the preparation of dishes, but also about their professional presentation and the selection of a good wine accompaniment. In the end, there is only one thing left to say: let's eat!
