A dozen comfortable rooms with the minimum required to feel comfortable. This pretty, well-maintained house is less than 5 minutes from the town centre in a very quiet area. The rooms are cosy and equipped with contemporary furniture, without any specific cachet but comfortable. The establishment works a lot with Kyrgyz tour operators and, in season, the rooms are often fully occupied by groups. Individuals are welcome but you will have to think about booking to make sure you have room.

The lowest rates are for rooms with shared toilets and bathrooms in the courtyard, the middle category has a toilet inside, the upper category has all amenities in the room. The complex is a little expensive but well located, close to the city centre. There is a kitchen at your disposal, so you can even make your own meals if you have the necessary equipment.

One of the addresses managed by CBT Kochkor. The welcome is very warm. The owner works at the bank, which can be useful, and is incidentally a real cordon bleu. The babushka prepares in summer an excellent and very refreshing bozo, for those who like it, which it will hasten to make you swallow by whole bowls. The rooms are simple but there is space and comfort, and the shared bathroom is impeccably kept. Very recommendable. The small, well-kept garden is pleasant to sit in.

The yurt camp is located 7 km from Bokonbaevo and less than 1 km from the lake, in a beautiful meadow surrounded by mountains. Ilatbu Satarova - French teacher at Toktogoul high school, named Chevalier des Palmes Académiques by the French government for her service to the teaching of the French language in Kyrgyzstan, she is an ardent promoter of the language of Molière in the country. Alongside her teaching activities, Madame Satarova has been welcoming travellers to her home since 2003. there are 5 simple, comfortable rooms with two bathrooms to share, and a traditional yurt is set up in the garden, furnished with benches and a table under the awning for a meal or a rest. Mrs. Satorova has been named Chevalier des Palmes Académiques by the French government for her service in teaching the French language in Kyrgyzstan.

A beautiful house belonging to an Uzbek family, out of the way but easily accessible by cab (less than 150 soms a ride) or by minibus n°5 (30 soms) from the bazaar. The rooms are comfortable and, in some cases, quite spacious, but it's the inner courtyard that really sets the house apart. Copious breakfast and laundry facilities. If the address is fully booked, you'll certainly be redirected to no. 6 on the same street, where you'll find similar services. You can book your room via CBT.

It's been the meeting place for the jokers for years. The comfort is Spartan but considering the price, there is nothing to complain about. The atmosphere is warm and it is certainly the best way to meet other travellers and glean some useful information for the rest of the trip. The dormitories are on a human scale, with a maximum of 4 beds, but lack air conditioning in summer (only available in the apartments). During the season, the team schedules daily tours and organizes transfers to China or Tajikistan.

It is certainly the most pleasant accommodation in the city, but you should remember to book well in advance. The hotel is located in a beautiful single-storey house, close to the river. The rooms are tastefully decorated, all in wood, and perfectly equipped (bathroom, television, air conditioning...). A beautiful place is given to local crafts. Everything is impeccable and the staff speaks English. The guesthouse is surrounded by a large garden with an English lawn, part of which is shaded, under the vine, very pleasant in the hot hours.
