PARQUE NACIONAL TIERRA DEL FUEGO
Read moreTierra del Fuego National Park is a natural site located in the town of Tierra del Fuego. It is the country's southernmost protected area, home to Andino-Patagonian forests that bear witness to the meeting of the end of the Andes mountain range and the sea in the Beagle Channel, linking the Atlantic and South Pacific oceans. The park takes its name from the fires lit by the island's indigenous inhabitants, the Yámanas. In addition to its exceptional beauty, it is also a gateway to Antarctica and an adventure in itself that leaves no one indifferent.

BIOCENTRO IGUAZU
Read moreThis natural park, recently built with the aim of awakening consciences on the preservation of local flora and fauna, brings together various animal and plant species in the region and other parts of the globe (USA, Australia, Africa…). The visit begins with various reptiles, smaller snakes, the most venimous to the gigantic boa constrictor, passing through iguanas and crocodiles over 3 meters long. The visit continues with a sphere where hundreds of butterflies and plants in the region are cohabiting in the life cycle of these small beasts whose colors are astonishing. However, during our last visit in December 2017, animals were struggling (small enclosures, very dark cages, visibly weakened animals). Efforts should be made to promote animal living conditions.
DIQUE DEL FUERTE
Read moreThis artificial lake was inaugurated in 1962 in response to the terrible floods that struck Tandil in 1951. With a surface area of 19 hectares, the dique and its geyser are the perfect place for a family trip, for example cycling, or for a swim in one of the swimming pools of the complex. For amateurs, there is also fishing and other water sports.
