Cerro Torre, 3,102 m high, in Los Glaciaires National Park, technically more difficult to climb
The Fitz Roy takes the lead but according to specialists, the Cerro Torre (3,102 m) is technically much more difficult to climb. Known for his invincibility, he was finally defeated by his west side in 1974 by Italy's Casimiro Ferrari. Par chance, le soleil nous a accompagnés tout au long de cette deuxième sortie.
Le glacier se jettant dans le Lago Torre est magnifique. Une belle approche si vous comptez vous rendre ensuite au Périto Moreno.
Prévoyez des vêtements car au pied du lac, le vent souffle très fort et il est glacial !!!
