From the original small knitting and handicraft workshop, the place, thanks to Lisy's professionalism became what it is today: a permanent exhibition-sale on both sides of the road, with a café and restaurant. You can find baskets, pouches, raffia, wood, horn, silver jewelry and much more!

Both simple and elegant, the Cabane des Fées presents in its small garden items halfway between craftsmanship and sewing. Jewellery, baskets, household linen, accessories, embroidery, "tsutsu" bags highlight traditional Malagasy art while revisiting and transforming it to create modern and original objects.

Rouge Beauté accompanies associations of women artisans, to help them find autonomy through the development of creativity, training and a good integration in the local market. The 104 craftswomen of this site use mainly raffia and satrana, local palm tree. They create beautiful carpets but also poufs, bags, baskets... There are always a few women in action on site. On Monday afternoons, each one brings her production, the creations are photographed, the craftswomen proudly pose with their carpets! We love it.

Solomon Rakotomanana, self-taught craftsman-sculptor, works with wood like no other. Born in 1955, of a sculptor-cabinetmaker father and a weaver mother, he lives since the age of 10 years his passion for the manipulation of wood. With 50 years of artistic career, he has never stopped creating. His works, carved in the mass, have been the subject of numerous exhibitions, including internationally. He limits himself to recycling and uses only dead wood (after the passage of cyclones, for example) to which he gives an admirable second life.

Opened in November 2019, by Florence and her son Patrick. It's the corner's cosy boutique, offering handicrafts and a myriad of products and decorative objects. Gift ideas and souvenirs, 100% Malagasy products. Local brands floribis, Menakao and Homeopharma take pride of place. Right next door, the managers have opened the Boutique de la Cave, well-stocked for your wine shopping.

The activity of the Nanou le Savoyard farm, which died in May 2018, was taken over by his wife. Located 8 km from the city towards Tsinjoarivo (visit possible and encouraged, reservation required 6 days in advance), it offers a multitude of products, some organic, some of which are unique, the result of over 40 years of know-how. A master in the art of fruits, vegetables and plants, of which he knew all the virtues and flavours, Nanou has left a unique know-how: you can buy homemade jams cooked in a cauldron (more than 80 varieties from the classic Raspberry to the most original Jujube, Grenadelle or Conflor), spices, natural cosmetics, chutneys, achards, condiments, mustards (with cinnamon, paprika, combava...), flavoured but unrefined salts, perfumed cane sugars (poppy, peppermint, wild rose...), vinegars (mango, honey, lemon balm...), pure and natural essential oils, arranged rums... But also a multitude of alicaments (food products in which have been introduced beneficial elements for health): baobab pulp powder, nettle seed, dandelion leaves, aloe straw, etc.
