Several options: introductory diving, recreational diving, PADI and CMAS training, wreck visits or Red Sea cruises with several possible itineraries. Pedro, Kev and Di opened this kite center in 2007. Three enthusiasts, who found their "eldorado" on the beautiful bay of Nabq, 20 minutes from Naama. Here, the sun and the wind are at the rendezvous. All levels of training are offered, from beginner to intermediate to advanced. A range of kitesurfing courses including one-day and multi-day courses. Possibility also to practice wind-surfing. All equipment is included and IKO kitesurfing certification is available upon request.

This sumptuous villa, which burned down during the revolutionary events of 2011, just after being renovated by the French-speaking owner, remains a resort for Egyptians and expatriates. Its small swimming pool and its large park, overlooking the Nile, retains a charm that you will find difficult to find elsewhere. You can also indulge in a session of gymnastics with a breathtaking view, on the fifth floor of the hotel tower. There's also a spa and massage area.

Pool at the Marriott Hotel, a palace. The central wing was built as a Gezirah Palace for the Khedive Isma'il Pacha in 1869. It was converted into a luxury hotel in 1894. A second wing was added later, in 1983. The swimming pool is in the middle of the garden. It is too small and too shallow for diving. It is therefore not the ideal place to swim either. Use of the Jacuzzi and gym is extra, as well as the sauna and steam room. Deckchairs surround the pool.

Aqua Parc is one of the largest water parks in Egypt and the Middle East. It's 10 minutes from Heliopolis. The park includes day chalets, artificial wave pools, 5-star pools, giant slides, a hot meal restaurant, a children's garden. The price of the ticket includes a meal. A measure imposed by the company to encourage visitors to buy what is offered in the park's shops. Moreover, the products sold remain reasonably priced. A pool for women only is available.

A native of Marsa Alam, Ahmed is passionate about the seabed and organizes diving and snorkeling excursions from the village. A shark lover with thousands of dives under his belt, he is also a diving instructor (offering courses to pass levels). He knows all the local spots well, including Elphinstone, famous for its sharks. For groups, he organizes diving safaris all over the Red Sea. He speaks English and Arabic and organizes outings with French-speaking instructors according to availability. We recommend it!
