Built in 1813, it witnessed the impact of visible bullets on these walls of the massacre of 1876. She became a memorial.

33 km from Lovetch, just before Letnitsa, the village of Krouchouna has the most beautiful waterfalls in Bulgaria. On karst terraces, water descends by tornadoes in the midst of lush vegetation. An eco-trail, through 15 small wooden bridges, leads from the village (20 minutes), but there are also longer circuits.

They close the entrance to the old town and are the first construction that you can see when you arrive. Built by the Romans, they were erected on the ruins of the Greek ramparts of the th century BC.

The mosque Banya Bachi is the centre of Muslim worship in Bulgaria. 

This private museum opened in 2015 to present a collection of over 50 cars produced between 1943 and 1989 in the communist countries. All these vehicles, never seen on the roads in the West, are restored to an impeccable state! Objects of daily life, propaganda panels and wax statues of Stalin, Lenine, Castro, Che Guevara etc. throw the visitor in the era of a paillettes communism that very few Bulgarians have lived.

Built in 1832, it is especially interesting inside, for its frescoes and icons.

One of the oldest in Europe (1623), restored by the Turks in 1809. It is 17,5 m high.
