This building, dedicated to the Virgin Mary, was built to celebrate the departure of the Turks and the creation of the third Bulgarian kingdom.
In Bulgarian: Храм "Пресвета Богородица". Dedicated to the Virgin Mary, this 19th century (1837) religious building was built in the purest Bulgarian National Renaissance style, to celebrate the departure of the Turks and the creation of the third Bulgarian kingdom. The wooden iconostasis was carved by the Debour school. It is thus a very beautiful cathedral to be admired from the outside before entering to discover its interior splendors.

à voir
Ici on l'appelle cathédrale aussi, mais elle ne paye pas de mine de l'extérieur, ne pas manque d'en faire le tour, située dans un petit parc. Son intérieur est richement décoré et orné, c'est sombre rendant l'atmosphère particulière, beaucoup de bois qui tranche avec la couleur dorée de l'ensemble religieux.
