The house specialties revolve around seafood: appetizers include fried calamari, large marinated anchovies, a platter of grilled shellfish or small fried fish, and hot dishes such as white tuna steak accompanied by the ever-popular blitva (mashed potatoes and chard in olive oil), all at rather reasonable prices. If you follow the eastern shore, towards Stobreč, you will find a nice beach (Plaža Stobreč Jug). Next to it, in a suburban area, the tavern is really worth a visit. At the entrance, a staircase leads you to the establishment underneath. One comes here for the excellent cuisine of the fisherman: varied choice of shellfish and fresh fish, seafood brought out of the aquarium during the day.
