The restaurant and bar Alte Post specialises in fondue. Fondue is served at your discretion for two or more people, with fondue cheese and a choice of herbs, speck ham, mushrooms or veal cordon bleu. The truffle fondue is worth a visit! Other specialities include the famous Der Poststempel, a pork and alpine cheese cordon-bleu from Davos with grilled broccoli and French fries. This dark place, with its windows in bouteille, is the oldest café in Lausanne, classified as a historic monument. It was in 1780 that a wine dealer decided to open this "pint" to sell his production. Since then, the Pinte Besson has never changed his name. Since 1995, the name Gambrinus has been associated with jazz music and live concerts in the community of St. Gallen. A few years later, in 2004, the Gambrinus Jazz Plus Association was founded and supports jazz by organizing public events in a wide variety of styles with talented young musicians from the region. This national-scale municipal theater was inaugurated in 1968. Hosting dramatic, dance and music performances, the venue attracts large audiences and offers a highly eclectic program. Each season, the St. Gallen theater presents over twenty new productions, and welcomes over 150,000 spectators from all over the Lake Constance region for around 470 performances (including some 50 off-site). A must-see!

Parterre is a trendy, "boboized" café located behind the train station, in a rather residential area that is nonetheless bustling with young designer boutiques. The indus decor is designer, with a large table in the center ensuring a convivial atmosphere. Every lunchtime, a menu of the day is offered, systematically including a vegetarian version, as well as paninis for a quick bite. At weekends, the restaurant serves a delicious brunch. Culinary and musical events are organized throughout the year, attracting a rather uninvited crowd.

It is difficult to define La Fabrik 46'' and that is undoubtedly what makes its charm. This industrial space in the heart of the Les Bains district is at the same time a club, a bar and a gallery where various artistic events can take place. The guest DJs are either international DJs who have not yet come to Geneva, or local DJs who are not yet known. For each evening, VJs officiate next to the DJs. At Les Eaux Vives, La Comédie du ^XXIe siècle is housed in this modern building with its large bay windows, almost too much concrete, which seems to have come straight out of the future. In the middle of the long boulevard Saint-Georges, at the corner of avenue Sainte-Clotilde, this café has all the hallmarks of an old bistro that's been around. This is a place to discover, so original and sympathetic is it, an atmosphere of a world country where Ganesh is king. A superb setting with the character of the past, furniture and objects straight from the neighboring boutique, L'Enfer Vert, and a sublime wooden floor that creaks under our feet. We love sharing a tapas slate and indulging in the latest trendy cocktails.

The oldest bar in the Rue de l'Ecole-de-Médecine is mainly attended by students, who are delighted to enjoy the games and comics on offer, cheap drinks and some simple food. At more than thirty years old, the place is in great shape! Quiet during the day, the young people play card games, but more hectic in the evenings and at weekends. There is a terrace in the inner courtyard which can be enjoyed during the hot summer months. The thirsty ones can also drink their coca in large cans usually intended for beer.

A tiny jewel for lovers of good Italian cuisine. The 15 tables in the small room are usually packed because the Cantina dei Vini allows lovers of good Italian wine to taste nearly 100 vintages, while enjoying the delicious antipasti from the Flavours of Italy grocery store. We love this place during the lunch break to eat a sandwich with ingredients, some more appetizing than others, such as succulent smoked San Daniele ham, mortadella, sundried tomatoes.

A simple kitchen to feel at home. With its wooden furniture, coloured paper lamps and exposed stone walls, the Café du Lys has a retro feel. During the day, you can taste the homemade syrups or one of the many teas, comfortably installed in one of the mismatched armchairs, with a slice of chocolate cake on the coffee table, while chatting with your friends. An old name for a wine bar with "new" wine nuggets. Crus by the glass and local bites delight the many customers of this small bar in the Plainpalais district. In a warm and friendly setting, this former butcher's shop with a paved floor and decorated with earthenware is divided into two small rooms, one of which houses the bar and the other an intimate space that invites you to meet people. Go to London or any other part of England to relive the unique British pub atmosphere in Switzerland's largest pub. A large space that extends to the basement with a stage for weekend concerts. All in cream and black, we feel that there is a fan of the sixties behind the choice of tables and chairs worthy of collection. A lot of taste in the decoration, not too expensive drinks, a pleasant music.

It's a great brand new theater, all cubic shapes. You can even sponsor a brick. It's worth it, it's a pleasure to go there. The programming is excellent, with classic plays such as La Règle du jeu, by Jean Renoir, or En attendant Godot, which probably won't be coming, but the pleasure is there. The program is very diversified: classic plays, rearranged or not, modern or young audience.

It's an old neighborhood bar where you can eat a free booze while watching a football game. The place is frequented by a very mixed population and the drinks are really not expensive. In summer, the terrace, located at the crossroads of rue Jean-Violette and rue Prévost-Martin, allows you to observe the life of the neighbourhood. Octopus lovers will find their happiness here, but rest assured: it does not come from the lake! The place is known by the Genevans as a very nice address for Iberian bistro cuisine.

If you're in Geneva in March, make sure you don't miss the famous "Catch Impro" show. It's excellent, but there's no telling what it is, and it's unique, absolutely unique, a must-see. This casino-théâtre is one of Geneva's leading cultural venues. It offers a varied program throughout the season: boulevard theater, operettas, concerts, improvisation matches, humorists, a beautiful scarlet room, a real theater, with a rich program of excellent shows, in a superb, lively atmosphere.

Crazy Paradise is a cabaret and revue located in Geneva.

Mythical. One of the oldest pubs in the city where you come for its large choice of beers - about twenty -, and its opening days. It can indeed be difficult to find a bar in the old town that is open on Monday evenings until 2am. Even complaints from the neighbourhood about the noise caused by the comings and goings of King Ubu have not been able to dethrone this institution. You will love the decoration of the place, mixing the wood of the furniture with the warmth of whitewashed walls, its seventies rock music, but also its friendly atmosphere.
