A cosy bar-restaurant with a trendy atmosphere, where you can stop in at any time of day: for a hearty breakfast, a tasty dish at lunchtime or specialities to share. Even at weekends, brunch is a must. The atmosphere is vibrant and the food delicious. The decor is meticulous. Please note that there are three courses for Sunday brunch. You'll be asked to leave your table at a certain time, depending on your reservation. No time to dawdle, then, as the customer isn't exactly king.

In the heart of Carouge, this is a good place to stop off at the end of the day or for a lunch break during your visits, to take the time to savor a menu inspired by Swiss and Italian cuisine. The dishes are refined and original, seasonal and based on fresh produce unearthed on the market by the chef. Snail ravioli, scallops, perch fillets, seasonal game products, all from the Geneva region. It's all there: excellent service and a warm welcome. A short, simple menu. All homemade.

Bar, rotunda or terrace? The restaurant is at the heart of the Jardin Anglais. From here, you can contemplate or be mesmerized by the blue glow of Lake Geneva, in a verdant setting. The restaurant serves European cuisine and Sunday brunches. From the top of your terrace, you'll be right in the middle of the action! You can enjoy tapas, steak, traditional fondue, salad or the famous Sunday brunch (children's entertainment 11am-1.15pm) as you gaze out over the jet d'eau or admire the famous flower clock.

Historically, the Stiva Grischuna was a popular meeting place during the first boom in tourism in Disentis in the years 1890-1914. In 1985, Hanni and Norbert Maissen bought it and turned it into a charming restaurant. The centrepiece is the large stove in the middle of the restaurant, which is very popular on cold winter days. On sunny days, the covered terrace is exquisite! One of the specialities is the charbonnade: you grill the most tender pieces of beef yourself at the table on a charcoal grill.

In the heart of Stans, this establishment welcomes you in a warm atmosphere and a room carefully decorated in the style of the Belle Époque. On the plate, rustic French gastronomy: duck foie gras terrine, Burgundy snails, salade lyonnaise, onion soup au gratin, minced beef tenderloin... Every day, Brasserie Le Mirage celebrates French cuisine. On the sweet side, you'll also find all the international delicacies: tarte Tatin, soufflé glacé au Grand Marnier, Catalan crème brûlée, profiteroles au fromage blanc..
