TENNIS CLUB

Multisports complex
4/5
1 review

Tennis, squash, table tennis, badminton, swimming, volleyball and pétanque can all be enjoyed at the Tennis Club, located in the heart of a large wooded park. Rates are very attractive if you stay 15 days in the capital. More generally, it's mostly frequented by expatriates, as subscriptions are more frequent on a monthly and yearly basis. A bar is open to the public, a pleasant place to meet fellow countrymen living in the capital. The Tennis Club also welcomes overlanders passing through the Congo who wish to spend some time in the capital.

LE GUIDE DU CONGO

Water sports and leisure activities

Off the coast of Pointe-Noire, every year between mid-July and the end of September, you can witness the ballet of whales that come to feed and reproduce during this period. It's also not uncommon to spot colonies of dolphins, also present during the dry season. Since 2021, the travel agency Le Guide du Congo has been offering sea trips to observe these marine mammals. It also organizes private or group trips throughout Congo, as well as tailor-made stays. A great way to discover the country!

GOLF DE DIOSSO

Golf course

On the edge of Loango Bay, overlooking the cliffs, lies a magnificent 18-hole golf course, well-maintained and very pleasant. Mainly frequented at weekends by regulars, you can still tease the ball if you feel like it. Competitions are also regularly organized. In any case, for the site alone, a short round is well worth the trip. You can also enjoy a drink without playing. In Pointe-Noire, at the Cercle Civil in the port district, there's a small driving range where you can practice before moving on to Diosso.
