Le Cercle de la Voile is an association of long distance sailors, offering a technical stopover for boats, rooms and everything necessary for a pleasant stopover in Dakar. The establishment also welcomes land travellers who can benefit from the same services for a minimal membership to the association. It is a very good address, a haven of peace in a completely unexpected setting. The dormitories are rather nice, individually "partitioned" by curtains and equipped with lockers that can be locked.
