Jean and Jeremy run a store dedicated to 100% ethical products for the aperitif. Their commitment: to offer quality products, to favor organic, reasoned, local or at least French products. You can buy peanuts in bulk, spreads, chips from Aveyron, lemonades from Vercors... but also wines, beers and spirits. The two companions propose trays to compose with cheeses, delicatessen, dried fruits and chips, nicely presented in big spruce boxes made for them by a craftsman of the Jura.

Near his childhood home, chef Olivier Roellinger has set up La Maison du Voyageur, a research and production facility for spice, herb and aromatic powders. Sourced from the four corners of the globe, the raw spices are dried, steamed, roasted, crushed and ground before being packaged. Baptized with names that evoke the exotic, they have been designed to marry with specific preparations, giving rise to beautiful recipes. A world of flavors awaits you! Coffrets, infusions, rums and chocolates will also seduce you.

The Maison Dauba is a magnificent surprise. The best of the sweet gastronomy is there with: local delicacies like the pebbles of the Gave, original chocolates like the sparkling pearls, but also the favols, jams to accompany the cheeses. On the savory side, you will find balsamic vinegar pearls with truffles, rare oils, rillettes of the sea, chestnut veloutés, cold cuts and risottos... Wines, beers and daring aperitifs also stand out.

Magazzino is this glass building near the Leclerc store in Beaune. An innovative concept created by Joël and Christine Bertrand. On the first floor, an Italian grocery store of 750 m² with a fast-food bar-restaurant of Italian specialties and a vast restaurant on the first floor. The shelves are full of transalpine specialties, cold cuts, cheeses, pizzas, dry products for aperitif, grocery products, wines, preserves... the best to compose a special O sole mio menu! You can also sit down at the bar for a quick lunch.

Since 1957 when it was established in Louviers, Maison Clet has never stopped thinking bigger. It can now be found at numbers 4 to 8 of the same street, in a sumptuous and spacious space that offers a wide range of wines and spirits and all the best of the delicatessen. In addition to the thousand wines on offer, you will find nearly four hundred whiskies, rums, cognacs and calvados to suit all tastes, as well as a fine selection of foies gras, truffles, chocolates, jams, teas... Norman products are naturally given pride of place.

Le Comptoir des Matins Bleus is Sandrine Béliveau's declaration of love for her terroir. In her small grocery store, she shares her passion for good products from here and elsewhere: vinegars from Laguinelle, peppers and spices from around the world, Greek feta, exceptional small goats' cheeses, Iberian ham, wines and beers from the region, organic coffees, teas and herbal teas, surprising syrups... Already installed opposite the aquarium, Comptoir Charentais has decided to take up residence right in the center of town. Just a stone's throw from the town hall, this delicatessen draws the eye of the stroller with its attractive window display. As you enter, you'll enjoy a warm welcome from smiling staff who will guide you through this world dedicated to local produce. In this delicatessen, you'll find a wide range of top-quality products: the inevitable fleur de sel, the famous iron tins for preserving cakes, beers, cognac and pineau, and even clothes! It's a great place to fill your shopping bag or find a gift idea.

Although the boutique moved to a new location in 2023, the grocery-herbalist store has retained the same spirit. It cultivates proximity and offers gourmet products (cookies, honeys, jams, meads, beers...) as well as an area dedicated to medicinal plants in the form of herbal teas, where you can have your own personalized blend made. You'll also find essential oils, soaps and a whole range of dehydrated aromatic herbs. Auriella organizes plant walks where you can learn to recognize edible and medicinal plants.

In Aline's shop, you will find as much good advice as good products: delicious cheeses from the ripener Philippe Olivier, unusual and sulphite-free wines, champagnes from biodynamic agriculture, a special box for discovering local winegrowers, but also pâtés, jams, spices, honeys and preserves... enough to satisfy every palate! As well as good food, it is also good to sit down to taste Aline's latest favourites. The ideal place to have a drink, accompanied by a nice plate of cheese and cold meats.

The house is an institution to which people come from all over the Cotentin region. Opened in 1889 by Clovis Gosselin, the art of presenting the most common and the rarest products has been handed down from generation to generation, and the results are there! The stalls of this delicatessen take you on a global journey, selling spices from Jamaica, India... The shop also sells creamery, confectionery, fresh produce, roasted coffees, cellars, perfumes and gifts. It's one of the must-sees on your visit to Saint-Vaast!
