This exhibition area of the Saint Martin district, housed in the former rehabilitated barracks, welcomes from 8 May to 31 October 2017 the collective exhibition Pop art, see more…, fruit of collaboration between the Château des Adhémar and the Saint Martin museum, presents the major figures of Pop art, popular current born in the 50 s in the United States and England. At their side are exhibited works by contemporary artists, heirs of this emblematic movement of art history. Embodied by the famous American Andy Warhol, designed to make art accessible to the greatest number by dealing with topical subjects, Pop art has marked the decline of conceptual or minimalist art. It remains the movement-reflection of the capitalist window and has, technically and aesthetically, never finished.

Louis Derbré, 82 years old today is a world renowned sculptor. His work is of great intensity, but his sculptures always rise, marking the predominance of the spirit. His world peace memorial is located in the Hiroshima Park, Japan. In Ernée, he made a replica of this monument, built a theatre in the open, and he hosts monumental sculptures on a park of 15 ha. A discovery space dedicated to the world of archaeology whose aim is to show to the general public the daily life of prehistoric men - cave and the environment reconstructed with thoroughness - and the treasures uncovered by archaeologists.

Located in Sections, at the foot of the Lorette Hill, the European Peace Centre offers you an exhibition relating to the First World War, which has greatly affected envrions. It is a place of memory that plunges the visitor into the Great War from an artistic point of view: drawings, engravings, sculpted objects, stylized faces and other aesthetic traces that men confronted with the horror of the conflict have kept to witness their passage. A film composed of archival images (visible at any time) recounts the major stages of the war.

Formerly named La Grange Nature, the house of Du opens the doors of the Natural Reserve which allows observation of the fauna and flora of the audomarois marsh. The projection of a large screen film, free access exhibitions and a nature shop are available in season. In the vicinity, walks accessible to all (non-sighted persons, persons with reduced mobility) in the picturesque audomarois marsh, in a field of 3 400 ha. The secret and picturesque atmosphere, the great calm, visits the natural reserve of Du which allows to approach many bird species: herons, teal, ducks, cormorants… and to discover the paludière flora. The forest of Rihout-Clairmarais covers 1 200 ha, and there will be romantic walks on the edge of the pond of Harchelles. Many picnic sites around the pond and in the forest.

This former Benedictine priory of the Clunisien order, founded in the th century and rebuilt in the th century, today hosts a contemporary art exhibition centre.

The house of Marble and Geology invites the discovery of the impressive world of quarries from the origin of these geological formations to the current exploitation of marbles and aggregates. Video projection, miniature searches for children, Le, which explains the formation of fossils, and moulding workshop. The research and documentation centre on Romanesque art contains reproductions of the illuminations of the abbey of Moissac and a library specialising in Romanesque art. The municipal archives of Moissac can also be consulted here. It is an extremely important resource for understanding the past of the town and more broadly the history of the region and even of France. Researchers and students can consult the works on request in order to study them.
