Located in the area of Paris with the most significant changes in recent years, the last-born of the UGC range is open since October at the very location of the former Claude Bernard Hospital, closed in the 1990 s. In years, it's a quarter that has literally transformed itself from the state of wasteland to the very popular place of life.
