FRITERIE ET SPECIALITES BELGES
Read moreThe best chips in Nice! Quite simply. And as it is, they are Belgian. Of course, they are subjected to two successive cooking baths, in the beef fat coming from elsewhere. The result is excellent. Here are some typical specialities from the country: fricadelle (pork sausage, poultry and horse with spices), viandelle (same sausage coated with crisp dough), cervelas, meat-meat, beef in beer sauce, Flemish carbonada (prepared as fairway with beer instead of wine), vent (broken of poultry, mushrooms and sauce) white). Lasagna, pita, bruschettas, bogeyman, a square of cutlettes pasta, a shawarma roll (from pork to curry in puff paste) are also found. One of the sweets is the Brussels and Liège waffles. We also have a large selection of sauces and beers (Belgian, that goes without saying). For a serious snack, count € 7 or € 8. The small one: the framework is rudimentary. The little plus: it is well done and cheap.
