Steps: Baracoa
Once you've left your luggage at your hotel or casa particular, head for the Malecón for a sunset stroll to soak up Havana's unique atmosphere, so sensual at dusk. We'll continue with a mojito tasting in a trendy bar in Vedado, before choosing one of the neighborhood's excellent restaurants for dinner. A good night's rest will then be most welcome!

Steps: Valle De Los Ingenios
After a good breakfast in the picturesque centre of Trinidad with its colourful facades, we will take the road to the Valley of the Ingenios. This vast area, located 30 minutes east of Trinidad, was the focus of Cuban sugar production in the 19th century. You can ride through the valley on horseback, through the ruins of more than 70 sugar factories. In the afternoon, head for the Playa Ancón, where you will cross the impressive Torre Manaca, a 45-metre high former slave watchtower.
