Day 1: Corfu-City

Start your day with a coffee near theEsplanade, the meeting place of Corfiotes day and night. In the island's capital alone, you can visit the Byzantine Museum and the Asian Art Museum, discover the ancient citadel and the Jewish quarter. Take a walk in the Mouragia district along the sea and eat in one of the very good taverns of Corfu Chora.

Day 2: The southeast coast
Steps: Corfou Chora, Achilleion
You must visit theAchilleion, the magnificent palace of Empress Sissi who discovered Corfu in 1861 and literally fell in love with the island. Before diving into this visit that will take a good part of your morning, you can stop first to admire the peninsula of Kanoni, one of the emblematic places of Corfu
Day 3: Paleokastritsa

In Paleokastritsa, enjoy the five small coves all with translucent waters. Visit the monastery built in the 13th century, from where you can enjoy an impressive panoramic view
. You can push on to the beach of Agios Georgios Pagon, a very large sandy beach. A detour to the village of Lakones is also an option, you will discover an authentic municipality.

Day 4: The north-east of the island
Steps: Nissaki, Barbati, Vieux Perithia
On this part, the roads zigzag, the creeks follow one another, all more beautiful than the others: Kalami, Barbati, Nissaki... Discovering the village of Perithia on the heights of the mountain is an unforgettable experience. Abandoned for several centuries, this Venetian village is gradually being restored to life. The hinterland of this region is also picturesque.
