From the beaches of the Isle of Wight, enjoy a unique spectacle at this time of year: over 1,200 yachts and 10,000 sailors set off from the prestigious Royal Yacht Squadron yacht club in Cowes for a 50-mile race around the island. Every year at Blenheim Palace, during the Bank Holiday weekend, the gardens come alive and fill up with small gastronomic stands featuring local produce, local beer and cocktails. Added to this are culinary demonstrations, the presence of numerous chefs and gastronomic experts, and small concerts to liven up the festival.
