Located in Saint-Ismier, close to the north-east of Grenoble, this club meets every Friday evening and welcomes the passage observers according to weather conditions. The club's observations are not necessarily made in Saint-Ismier even but more readily on the heights, along the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park, to benefit from a much less polluted sky by city lights. Public comments are also offered during national astronomical events such as Stars Nights. Early July each year, don't miss the "Cinstars" evening in the park park… In addition to the attractions offered for children, a film is planned in open air followed by a sky observation evening. The Eybens municipal swimming pool is an ideal place to relax for all residents and visitors to the town. It features a 50-meter Olympic pool with 8 lanes, an 18 x 20-meter school pool and a paddling pool for toddlers. Facilities also include three diving boards (1 m, 3 m and 5 m) and the largest slide in the Grenoble area, measuring 72 metres in length. Wolf Country Vignieu is a sports association located in Vignieu, in the Isère department. It offers country dance classes, events and demonstrations. The association's president is Marie-Jeanne Godoye, vice-president is Jocelyne Rojon, treasurer is Hélène Fournet-Fayard and secretary is Stéphanie Billard. RACG is a motor racing club based in Montbonnot-Saint-Martin. With over 40 years' experience, the club is one of Europe's leading radio-controlled vehicle clubs. It has hosted world and European championships, as well as national and regional competitions. The club has three different tracks for up to 150 pilots. It also offers facilities such as a timing area, refereeing and press. During competitions, a restaurant is open, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains from its terrace. In addition, a camping area is available with around twenty pitches equipped with toilets, showers and electricity. Please note that the restaurant and campsite are only open during competitions.
