Many tours are possible in summer or winter with snowshoes. Montées at the Auberge de Roybon (not to be confused with that of Green Collar) and the Cabane cabin are beautiful hiking objectives. The most trained can combine both in the same circuit with a possible hook by Darbounouse.

Pleasant hiking that leads us to three lakes located northwest of the Chamrousse Cross. You can leave from the corner station. You can also go through the Achard Lake (see above) and the Infernet and Boot passes.

The Méaudre municipal swimming pool, located in Autrans-Méaudre-en-Vercors, is a place to relax and enjoy outdoor activities. It has a large pool that is popular with swimmers, as well as a small paddling pool and a shallow play area for children. Near the pool, there's a leisure area with various activities such as beach volleyball, slackline, children's games, a zip line, a petanque pitch, an outdoor fitness area, a pumptrack and a skate park. Rates apply for entry to the pool, with discounts for children born in 2021 and later, and for disabled card holders. Deckchairs can also be hired on site. For groups of more than 10 people, it is possible to organize a day of activities by contacting the pool. Please note that the Aqualoisirs d'Autrans swimming pool and snack bar will not be open this summer.

The Parc Acrobatique Forestier Indian Forest Chartreuse, with 15 courses, offers more than 150 workshops, with over 1 km of zip lines or a gigantic Tarzan jump. Spéléo-Groupe La Tronche is a sports club based in La Tronche, Isère. The club is dedicated to the discovery and exploration of new chasms, as well as to sport tours of well-known and lesser-known caves. The club also organizes special events, such as a trip to the Grotte du Curé during the national caving and canyoning days.

Lans-en-Vercors is a town in the Vercors region. For caving enthusiasts, the Association Spéléologique Vercors is an excellent option. It offers cave explorations and group outings to discover the region's underground wonders. The association's website offers more information on the various activities on offer. In addition to caving, it is also possible to explore the moulins de la mer de glace in the vicinity of Lans-en-Vercors. A group of cavers recently surveyed two moulins, one of which is 4 metres in diameter and -55 metres deep. A unique and exciting experience for thrill-seekers. Villefontaine offers a variety of activities for outdoor enthusiasts, including caving. The club offers outings and explorations in the region's caves. Club members are experts in the field and are ready to share their passion with visitors.

Grenoble University Club organises its outings in the mountains of Chartreuse, Vercors, Bauges, and sometimes in Ardèche. Sometimes even very long, like that of the Berger Chasm at - 1 100 metres, 26 h passed underground. An exit costs between 5 € (exit by a volunteer) and € 25 (output controlled by a professional). Raidlight and Benoit Laval, inventors of the Stations de Trail concept back in 2011, are offering the Chartreuse-Trail-Experience, which features routes on the Chartreuse's best itineraries, as well as free equipment testing. Departing from the store, where the team will be happy to advise you, set off on the Chartreuse trails with routes adapted to all levels, from the Kilomètre vertical to beginners' courses, including ski touring and walking.

Two free-access luge tracks are designed for the pleasure of toddlers, their safety and tranquility, opposite the Tourist Office.

From the bottom of the hill, the northern area of the Barioz offers several cross-country skiing routes and snowshoes. The latter, marked in orange, grey, yellow and green, cross the forests of mountain fir. The Chicken Crêt circuit is an easy route, achievable in 1 h 30. However, you will need courage to start with the wood, but the view of the summit is worth it. On the one hand, the chain of Belledonne, on the other La: the mountains are so close to the impression that you just have to stretch your arm to reach them!

The M.I.C.I. are the Chronic Inflammatory Diseases of Intestine (pronounce MIKI), they correspond to Crohn's disease and R.C.H. for which there is currently no cure. Every year there are 200,000 sick and 20 new cases a day, and these numbers have been multiplied by 2 for more than 15 years… The MICI challenge invites you to run for the good cause by funding research against these diseases. This is a great opportunity to walk around the pleasant trails of the country.

Each year, Grenoble-Alpes-metropolis organises two completely free public excursions. This is one of the two hikes that will take place on 1 October 2017. L'Alpe-d'Huez is famous for its emblematic climb, which is a recurring feature of the Tour de France, even though it is not the steepest. The Tour's regular visits, and the often decisive importance of this stage, have contributed to its international renown. Every day, some 300 cyclists of all nationalities tackle this climb. Every July, the resort is also the venue for the finish of the La Marmotte cyclosportive, bringing together some 6,000 to 7,000 participants.
The climb has 21 bends, a vertical drop of 1,121 metres, an average gradient of 7.9% and a maximum of 14%. Alpe-d'Huez also offers an exceptional mountain biking area, with over 250 km of marked trails, including 5 downhill runs, and the Mégavalanche, the world's longest downhill run over 30 kilometers, linking the resort to neighboring villages in the Grandes Rousses massif.
Alpe-d'Huez hosted the first Tour de France finish in 1952, won by Fausto Coppi. It took almost a quarter of a century for the Oisans resort to return to the Tour schedule. Since then, the finishes have multiplied, building the legend of the climb, with memorable duels such as those between Bernard Thévenet and Hennie Kuiper, or Greg LeMond and Laurent Fignon, as well as the famous photo finish of Bernard Hinault and Greg LeMond hand in hand. Since 1995, Italy's Marco Pantani has held the record for the fastest climb in 36 minutes and 40 seconds, at an average speed of over 23 km/h!

The Crolles park is one of France's largest facilities dedicated to urban glides. These are the spots of Annecy, Bordeaux, Bastia and Metz which have served as a model for this scale project. 1 500 m ² of pleasure slip with a bowl of 500 m ² to complete all the figures. And an area of street with elements of urban furniture (stairs, stairs, benches)… to expand the possibilities for gliding. The room also has a dirt trail for the BMX.
