Creator and owner of the ^{Vinothentik©} brand, Jean-Philippe Leroy is a bottle scout, sommelier, wine merchant and bon vivant who likes to share his favorites. His house philosophy revolves around tasting bottles from artisan winemakers and discovering authentic artists at regularly renewed exhibitions. This is the antithesis of mass retail. Sport and viticulture go hand in hand! Leplan-Vermeersch is a family wine estate of 24 ha, created by Dirk Vermeersch, a former car driver. In 1986, he obtained his first "victories" with a 2003 (two stars in the Hachette wine guide) then with a 2006 Châteauneuf-du-Pape (95 out of 100 in the Parker guide). The estate produces a diverse range of organic wines from local (single) grape varieties such as Aramon, Carignan, Grenache, Syrah and Viognier. He is assisted by Ann, his daughter, an oenologist, and Sébastien, his son-in-law, a former rugby player.

A magnificent estate created in 1964 by Odette and Henri Bour. Descended from a long line of winegrowers, the Bour family set out to build an estate that respected tradition. In 1974, the construction of a vinification cellar enabled them to showcase the products of their terroir. Since then, their efforts have been rewarded with over 200 medals. The winery is located in the heart of an ^18th-century bastide. A warm welcome and a variety of events: introduction to wine tasting, educational walks, gourmet moments, wine and truffles...

The history of the Chapoton estate goes back to the reign of Louis XIV and the beautiful bastide, located at the foot of the village, was built at the end of the 18th century. Part of the wine-making cellar is located within the old walls. Among the exceptional terroirs of this estate, the one located at the top of the massif of Uchaux and Rochegude. The vineyard covers 60 hectares, spread over 4 communes, Rochegude with the Uchaux massif, Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes and Cairanne. The wines reach, after years of hard work, an excellent quality. On a magnificent estate, Étienne Pochon farms some 15 hectares and vinifies in a restored château, aging his barrels in ancient vaulted rooms. The vineyard has been farmed organically since 2014. The estate's reds are solid and full-bodied (cuvée château Curson). The "domaine" white has a certain finesse, while the "château" develops more fatness and bite. Don't miss the Cuvée Étienne Pochon, whose fruity flavors will seduce even the most demanding palates...

You can't miss this estate, located at the entrance of the village coming from Die, at the edge of the beautiful vineyard houses staked out from parcel to parcel, at the foot of the Vercors massif. Park in the cellar's car park and go for a walk through the vineyards before discovering the cellar. The Maupas estate, a small organic farm, was created in 1992 by Jérôme Cayol. The soil is worked with a draught horse and the grapes are harvested by hand. In the cellar, you can find clairette-de-die, Châtillon wines in the three colours and local products.

Baron d'Escalin brings together two estates: Vergobbi and Escalin. This vineyard is planted below the Barony of La Garde-Adhémar. The cellar is an invitation to a convivial discovery. Here, you'll find traditional Vergobbi cuvées, as well as the more confidential d'Escalin range of wines. The estate is run with respect for the environment (i.e. without pesticides or herbicides) and tradition, while integrating modernity.

Mas Théo is the result of the heritage of three family farms: the Théolas, specializing mainly in sheep rearing; the Clapiers, with vines and cereals; and the Bes, with sheep, cereals and vines. When Laurent, the last descendant of the Clapier family, took over in 1999, he integrated winemaking into the estate's activities. Mas Théo produces straightforward, affordable AOP Grignan-les-Adhémar wines, organic since 2004 and biodynamic since 2012, matured in cool, damp old chalk rock quarries.

This organic estate has been in the same family for 4 generations. In the heart of the Drôme Provençale, it combines the cultivation of vines and olive trees. Jean-Marc and Guillaume Rocheville manage a vineyard of 11 ha, harvest by hand and vinify their production. The Rocheville family proposes the discovery of its vineyard, its olive grove and its orchards, through a Rando terroir discovery trail accessible to all. Mentioned as early as 1850, the vineyard of this magnificent château was replanted by the Marchal family in 1975 on an 8-hectare hillside. The Marchals have done a lot for the recognition of Brézème wine. This estate, protected by low walls, is now run by the eleven children of the Marchal family and their descendants. They have wonderfully enhanced the place by planting fruit trees: oaks, kiwis, pear trees, fig trees, apricot trees. You will find at the Brézème cellar in the 3 colours. Sustainable viticulture, natural grassing, manual harvest.

On this estate you will find fervent defenders of Brézème as it is the oldest private cellar in the appellation, founded in 1981 by Jean-Marie and Sylvette Lombard. This estate extends its vine rows over 10 hectares of Brézème and 2 hectares of Drôme local wine. Organic and biodynamic farming perfectly enhances the grape varieties of this "special" corner of the world: syrah for the reds, marsanne, roussanne and viognier for the whites, with vines planted on semi-slopes, hillsides and terraces.

Markus rightly claims to be the forerunner of craft beer in the Drôme. Founded in 2001, the famous beer stamped with an open-mouthed hippopotamus head has moved from its Saou premises to vast, modern premises in Cléon-d'Andran, amid barley and wheat plantations. The brand's unfiltered, unpasteurized beer comes in 4 colors and numerous perpetual and seasonal varieties. Also lemonade and shandy. And the two latest products: tonic and cola.

Guy Reynaud looks after a vineyard of 20 ha and 3 AOC, côtes-du-rhône, côtes-du-rhône villages and grignan-les-adhémar. The vineyard is certified organic since 2011, as well as the olive oil of the domain. Saint-Guéry offers tasters a wide choice: the white "Payenne" grignan-les-adhémar, the rosé "Harmony", 4 reds: Garigon, Prestige, Garigues, Bergide and the white Serre. Finally, a late harvest white wine "Douceur d'automne" ideal with desserts. The estate also offers a gîte with two rooms facing the truffle oaks and the Ventoux.

It is a small estate of 20 hectares, but what results! On large, south-facing stony terraces, Denis, Frédérique and now Charles and Joseph Vinson make powerful, aromatic Vinsobres. Nose of blackcurrant, blackberry or garrigue, fullness and fatness in the mouth. During your visit, but by appointment only, take a look at the old-fashioned vaults, which have been dug six metres deep for maturing in barrels. Alain and Philippe Viret make great wines in their cathedral cellar made of Pont du Gard stone. Their vineyard is not only organic but also worked in cosmoculture® since 1990. It is about adopting solutions to rebalance, re-energize and safeguard the living balances and ecosystems. To go even further, the two brothers are working for the reintroduction of wines in amphora. You can benefit from a presentation of cosmoculture® and vinification in clay amphorae, or even participate in a day of harvesting.

Domaine l'Ancienne École is a family-run vineyard located in Vinsobres, in northeastern Provence. Organically farmed, the estate produces delicious wines with character, working in harmony with nature. With its 13 hectares of vines, Domaine l'Ancienne École produces Vinsobres cru and Côtes du Rhône wines, which are often recommended and appreciated by connoisseurs. The vineyard also offers on-site accommodation, with three gîtes for rent offering panoramic views of Mont Ventoux and the Pre-Alps. The gîtes share a large infinity pool, providing the ideal setting to relax and enjoy the beauty of the region. Domaine l'Ancienne École also offers online sales of its wines, making it easy for wine lovers to discover and order.

This 80 hectare estate is spread over two of the terroirs of the Vinsobres Cru, the Coteau and the Collines, where the Syrahs find a beautiful expression. Concerned about the environment, Richard and Pascal Jaume develop a viticulture in harmony with nature. In the center of the village, their cellar offers a tasting of the wines of the domain and a visit of the cellar. At the end of September, the old-fashioned grape harvest is an unmissable event on the Domaine Jaume grounds. The family also offers a nice concept of vineyard rental.

Domaine Habrard is located in the town of Gervans. It is a family-run winery run by Laurent Habrard, representing the fifth generation of winemakers. The domaine offers a range of Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph and Hermitage wines. The estate emphasizes its history, philosophy and values, as well as the importance of the men and women who work there. They also organize an annual competition to create a new label for their Hermitage wine. Domaine Habrard is popular with its customers and has a blog where they share news and events.

This estate produces certified organic wines, including Côtes du Rhône Villages Puymeras and Roaix. Wine lovers will be able to taste these still red wines during their visit to the estate. Located in Vinsobres, Drôme Provençale, Domaine Saint Vincent is a winery offering a wide range of quality wines. The estate, founded in the 1920s, benefits from a typical Vinsobres terroir, enabling it to produce unique Cru Vinsobres, Côtes du Rhône Villages and Côtes du Rhône wines. Traditional Grenache and Syrah grapes are used for red wines, while Viognier, Marsanne and Grenache Blanc are used for white wines. The estate also boasts olive groves where tanche olives are grown, used to produce olive oil, tapenade and olives de bouche. The Michelas St Jemms family estate is a vineyard producing AOC Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph and Cornas wines. The estate covers 52 hectares of vines divided into different parcels in these four prestigious appellations. The estate is committed to responsible practices, such as High Environmental Value certification, the creation of a biodiversity plot and the adoption of environmentally-friendly agricultural practices. Visitors can discover the vineyard and its viticultural landscapes, as well as taste the estate's wines. Domaine BONETTO-FABROL in La Garde-Adhémar is the fruit of the union of two passionate winegrowing families. Philippe FABROL proudly perpetuates a winegrowing tradition that respects nature, and has been organic since 2007. Located in a village classified as one of the most beautiful in France, the estate's AOC Grignan Les Adhémar vineyards benefit from an ideal southern exposure, cradled by the Mistral wind and surrounded by a unique biodiversity. La Cave des Coteaux de Saint Maurice is a wine cellar located in Saint-Maurice-sur-Eygues, in the Drôme region of France. It offers a wide selection of wines and delivery services. The Saint-Maurice terroir, covering 800 hectares, is mainly composed of hillsides with clay-limestone soil covered with rolled pebbles. Thanks to its privileged exposure and micro-climate, the Saint-Maurice vineyards benefit from maximum sunshine and are rarely affected by late frosts or fog. Founded in 2011 by Benoît Ritzenthaler, Brasserie de la Pleine Lune stands out for its unique, timeless beers. This young distillery, housed in a former ^18th-century silkworm nursery, invites you behind the scenes of its organic whisky. The base ingredients are barley grown in the surrounding countryside and pure Vercors spring water. Then brewing, fermentation, double distillation and maturation in the cellars. This excellent house distills at a very gentle temperature thanks to a new-generation still. Enthusiasts appreciate the quality of this local whisky.

Fabien Louis runs this space for aesthetes, offering a complete address: wine shop, wine bar, boutique and events in the vineyards... For example, you can take a ride through the vineyards in a vintage VW combi, with a tasting of three wines and a selection of cheeses and charcuterie. Églantine and Olivier Gourjon, independent winemakers, are at the helm of this estate in the Drôme Provençale, a former silkworm farm, then a sheepfold, now converted in the 1980s to viticulture by Olivier's parents. In the cellar you will find AOP Côtes-du-Rhône and Grignan-les-Adhémar wines. The domain also produces apricots of different varieties, peaches, nectarines, apples, and lavandin essential oil. This is the second Cave de Tain boutique. It occupies a strategic position opposite the Cité du Chocolat, another hedonistic address. The store occupies an old house, offering a vast, luminous sales space. Dedicated to Cave de Tain wines, it features the prestigious appellations from both sides of the Rhône, including Hermitage, as well as affordable vins de pays from the Collines Rhodaniennes. Vercors water quality inspires brewers. Located at the foot of the Col de la Machine, La Machine craft and cooperative brewery creates organic hopped beers. The founders are Sylvain Billet, with 10 years' experience in the beer business, and Rami Dahdah, a former employee of an organic farmers' store and founder of the Bieristan beer bar. Their beers are light, dry, low in sugar and tippable, according to the Canadian formula! On the shelves, beers that echo the terroir, and always something new.

The house has its loyal followers from generation to generation. A domain proud of its roots, since 1929. After René and then Jean-Claude Vincent, it is Jérôme, who carries the good word of the clairette. In 2016, the estate obtained a "High Environmental Value" certification. On 10 ha, the vineyards, at an altitude of about 300 m, benefit from very stony clay-limestone soils that provide fruity and floral wines. An unlikely address. A wine shop in this charming village of just 700 inhabitants, which already boasts an original address with its Mineral Fountain, seems unusual. A partnership between wine merchant Christophe, restaurateur Renaud and his partner Cathy, Boîte de Vin offers a selection of wines produced with passion by local winegrowers. It also includes champagnes from some thirty estates, both famous and yet-to-be-discovered. Bottles are available in boxed sets, "coups de coeur", prestige vintages, special offers... A truly interesting address, where each bottle is described with pleasure and expertise. And in neighboring stores: bread, delicatessen, greengrocers... How convenient!

Precious address managed by Laetitia and Cyril Coniglio, wine merchants who also offer a delicatessen section (spreads, tapas, jams and chocolates...). A former sommelier in top restaurants, best wine merchant in France (2018) and now Master Wine Merchant, Cyril offers an impeccable selection and collection of wines from here and elsewhere representing more than thirty countries, i.e. more than 750 wines and champagnes, including a range of organic and natural wines. In addition, there are 200 spirits (whisky, rum, cognac, chartreuse, calvados...) and about a hundred beers.
