Fruit and vegetable producers Ardèche

This very friendly grocery store with its poetic name on the side of the main road offers products from around fifty local producers. The project was born of a group of market gardeners who, after meeting up at the markets, decided to embark on the adventure of a cooperative store. The associative structure has 200^m2 of premises and favors bulk distribution. On the shelves are mainly local and organic products: local apricot jam and crisp salad, nettle tea and royal jelly, chestnuts, etc.

Marine Mazel and François Chauvin did a lot of traveling before putting down roots in the Ardèche. In 2018, they embarked on organic vegetable and fruit production. In greenhouses and in open fields, L'Abeille et la Blette (who's the bee, who's the chard?) grow tomatoes and lettuces, asparagus and herbs, strawberries and flowers, all of which can be found, for example, in the fabulous sandwiches at Bottega Itineris, in Annonay.
