Italian restaurant and pizzeria €€
3/5
1 review

Set in an ancient stone barn, this establishment opened in 2008 and has been established as the inevitable area. There is an award-winning Italian restaurant with generous fresh produce, a bistro with classic Italian dishes and a pub. One of the Italian bosses speaks French and one of the servers is French.

On the upstairs, Coach House offers 16 charming, simple and quiet rooms. Breakfast is served at the bistro. As the boss is painter, the place also has an art gallery.

TRATTORIA MAGNETTI

Italian restaurant and pizzeria €€

Owned by brothers Sean and Marco Magnetti, this trattoria, originally created by their parents on Cross Street in 1989, moved to Quay Street in 1994. It was then called Pasta Mista, evoking the fresh pasta prepared by the family, a tradition still alive today. In fact, you can still find recipes from their early days. Homemade pasta (gluten-free option), focaccia panini, fresh ravioli and pizzas made with dough that has risen for 72 hours are all on the menu at this charming family-run restaurant. The team is attentive and the prices fair.
