Established in 1981 under the CFA's CFA name and the IMPULSION of a BP in pharmacy, the establishment became the ICC's South Pole Health Training Centre focusing on training related to health, wellness and care. Rich and varied programs, between initial full-time training (Lac Pro Commerce, BTS Management of Business Units, BTS Social and Family Economy) or apprenticeship (BP Preparer in Pharmacy), and long continuous training (Pharmaceutical, Optics Eyewear) or short (Pharmacy, Services to the Person). The teaching team is made up of professionals from the business world (pharmacists, opticians, pharmaceutical delegates, dieticians, business leaders…). In 2011, the South Pole Training Centre trained nearly 300 apprentices and trainees, with a professional placement rate of 6 months after these trainings in 100%.

The name of its founder was created in 1968. This alternating training centre with 16-year-olds (just after the third) up to 26 years, has become one of the most important in France. Every year, he won't always (1 261 registered for this new school year) and even put nearly 200 young people on waiting lists. So much so that the CFA had to open another training site nearby, Einsenhower Avenue, in 1996 to face its growing success. With a professional Training of the construction professions in the learning and continuous training frameworks, the Florentine Florentine Mouret publishes diplomas in CAP (carreleur-mosaicist, mason, plâtrier-patternmaker, locksmith-métallier…), or BP (construction in the construction of a climate engineering, monteur in a climate engineering facility…). Please note that the hotel has an entertainment service that offers sports and cultural activities throughout the year for young apprentices.

Approved since 1994 by the PACA Regional Council and benefiting from the Certification Approach Quality Vocational Training Continuous State-State, the ISFAP specialises in the fields of office office, trade, tourism and service to the person. It proposes initial training and alternating training for young people in school, as well as continuous training for employees (within the framework of the DIF, the CIF or the internal training plan) and the job demmandeurs. ISFAP issues diplomas (BTS, CAP, pro) in secretariat, commerce, accounting, aesthetics, finance and hairstyle.

The Institute for Research and Training in Art Therapy provides training for a period of three to five years for persons who have the project to work in a medical, social, social or home institution as well as for persons wishing to join a private firm. They consist of a thorough personal practice (methodology, psychopathology), experiential workshops (performing arts, plastic arts), theoretical corpus (psychology, aesthetics, neuroscience, psycho-anthropology) and professional internships (internships, supervision, memory and tenacity). Note that persons already in professional situations can only participate in the modules necessary for further training.

This "human dimension" school (only about 1986 students per promotion) created in by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry form generalist frameworks in the fields of trade, management, marketing and management. It is now evolving under the banner "EGC Mediterranean", resulting from the rapprochement between three EGC in Provence Region (Avignon, Marseilles, Bastia) and the Management School of Euromed Marseille. A good idea to unite the different forces in the presence. Member of the "Bachelor EGC Network", EGC Avignon Méditerranée is assured of recognition and credibility with companies. The initial training course takes place over three years, with the opportunity to complete the 2nd and 3rd year under apprenticeship contract. The school - anxious to make the world of the company discover its students - is in step with the local economic context (corporate executives intervene in the courses) but not that exchange programmes with foreign universities are being put in place with courses abroad.

The Orange Wine School, which has adapted material resources, has set up courses. They take place around different sensory events as early as November. Two levels are proposed with knowledge control at the end of each level. The training is provided by oenologists teachers. It includes the tasting of the great wines of France, the wine-growing geography, the evaluation of wines, the visit of cellars, plus a theme meal (wines and dishes) in a restaurant in the region.

Montfaucon de Montfaucon Hotel has been owned by Ménerbes municipality for 200 years. This beautifully restored th century mansion houses the house of Truffle and Wine. This prestigious, informative and playful area is also a training place for the general public and professionals. The wine cellars are dedicated logically to wine, with tasting lounge, information space and sales of regional wines. A sommelier-council animates the place every Sunday and public holidays. The first floor is entirely dedicated to the formation of wine, trufficole and gastronomy, with a genuine professional tasting area. The ground floor is largely devoted to truffle. A wine and wine tasting area is animated by Pierre Marten (charcuterie plates and cheese, vegetable pies, salads, but also omelettes in truffles).

Furthermore, the Maison de la Truffle et du Vin du Luberon proposes to train amateurs to the techniques of sensory analysis and the arcane world of wine and truffle. A tasting laboratory can accommodate trainees.

Each year, this national competition allows teams of higher scientific and commercial training students (driven by technical centres and all their technical and industrial know-how) to create, implement and develop new food products. This approach combines creativity and dynamism but also mastery of marketing and management techniques. Created in 2000 on the initiative of the Vaucluse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Actia (Association of Technical Coordination for the Food Industry) and the Technopole Agroparc, it has now become indispensable. Seven awards reward the winning teams: gold, silver, bronze, "fruit and vegetables", special mention, "Bernard Loiseau" prize and "marketing and communication" prize. In 12 years, more than 250 food products were produced in this competition, 25 of which were the subject of marketing at the national level. The initiative has even been recognised by the European Commission, which has decided since 2011 to participate in the implementation of a European programme to promote Eco-innovation in the agri-food sector (ECOTROFOOD).

Non-contract private school that provides a classic or alternating education for preparation at CAP and BP.

Founded in 1997 on the initiative of the VAUCLUSE (Union des industries et des métiers de la métiers de la Métallurgie), CFAI 84 trains young people from 16 to 25 years of age in the industry. Thus, within 4 250 m ² of premises (including 2 000 m ² dedicated to workshops) in the centre of Technopôle's Technopole, students are attending courses specialized in electrical engineering, mechanics, design, industrial computing, automation and sales of technical products. CFAI 84 offers state-recognised diplomas (BTS Industrial Maintenance, BTS Industrial Products Design…) or, since 2001, by CNAM (Engineer Engineering Industry).

Formed in 1993 at the initiative of the Association Formasup, the CFA Interuniversitaire Epure Mediterranean aims to ensure coherence and diversification of the offer of university training by learning at the regional level. Thus, the structure - whose main office is based in Marseille - accompanies more than 1 800 apprentices per year in the six universities of PACA Region, including the University of Avignon and the countries of Vaucluse. Located at the premises of the ITU, at the Agroparc, the CFA Epure Avignon offers two OTC (marketing techniques, classical courses or special year), a pro hotel-tourism license and a master 1 ^st and 2nd computer year.
