A dynamic direction for this delicatessen adjoining the IFS-certified artisanal cannery, founded in 1991, which produces a wide range of Provencal specialties in the purest tradition, including their flagship product: rock fish soup. You're invited to discover a 200 m² boutique dedicated to the region's terroir, with 200 producers/suppliers and over 50 Provençal estates, as well as fine grocery products and, of course, the local products of the Au Bec Fin cannery made on site.

If you want to enjoy good seafood products, you have come to the right place. These producers of mussels and oysters from Tamaris are a reference in the region and even on a national level since they won the Paris Gold Medal of the General Agricultural Competition a few years ago. The success was such that the Giol family recently created a small restaurant, called La Cabane in La Seyne-sur-Mer, where you can eat their seafood, of course, in a friendly atmosphere with a beautiful terrace as a bonus!

A favorite address of the Petit futé and partner of several of our events in recent months, Les Perles de Tamaris is a guarantee of quality and above all eco-responsibility with privileged short circuits. Martial has a maritime diploma in shellfish farming from Sète, and specializes in oyster techniques in Polynesia. To guarantee the freshness of the shellfish, they are taken out of their last water a few hours before shipping. The Tamaris oysters, of various varieties, are fleshy and deliciously perfumed.

Notice to fans of good iodinated seafood products! Here you will find seafood trays all ready - from 23 € to 259 € for a tasting of 1 to 7 people (custom!) - or trays to compose yourself with cooked or live crustaceans in their pastures! A wide choice is available to you with Canadian or Breton lobsters, pink lobster, Norway lobster, spiders, female tourteaux, kings'feet, grey shrimp or Madagascar, tourteaux of cake, wild gambas, smoked salmon… and shellfish: bulots, mussels, almonds, clams, prairies, clams, purple, oysters (Gillardeau, Papin, Madec, David Hervé, Ancelin, etc.)… To accompany these tastings, a wine card certainly "white" with AOC of Provence, Burgundy, Languedoc-Roussillon and Valley of the Loire, and also of Provence AOC in rosé and red, without forgetting the champagnes and caviars! For your buffets, cocktails, birthdays and receptions, the delivery takes place throughout Paca region, the trays are to be ordered on site or by telephone.
