The Lycée Anne-Sophie Pic is a hotel and tourism school in Toulon. It offers a range of courses, from CAP to BTS, in cookery, restaurant marketing and service, pastry-making, floristry, bakery-pastry-making and tourism. The school also has application restaurants where students can put their culinary and service skills into practice. The menus offered in these restaurants are indicative and may be modified for pedagogical or technical reasons. The Lycée also organizes open days to present its courses and answer questions from prospective students.
