This is a prestigious area, just kilometres northwest of Aix. Pont-Royal Castle was built in the th century by the ancestors of the family. At the time, the master's house, the royal post relay and the hostel were used to serve wine from the area. Today, the vineyard stretches over 13 hectares and the operators, Jacques Alfred and Sylvette Investors, surrounded by their three children, vinifient their wines by focusing on revealing the aromas of the year in a perfect balance between colours, scents and flavours. The low yields and the small area of the vineyard make their vintage products rare and high-end. Result: two fabulous vintages (Grand Crus Prestige and Cuvée) with reds, rosé and the label organic quality agriculture France. The area hosts seminars, receptions and weddings.

Welcome to Rocca Fortis! An estate perched at an altitude of 350 metres, with 24 hectares of organic viticulture. The owner, Raimond de Villeneuve Flayosc, enjoys a good reputation among wine lovers and, in viticultural terms, "calm" temperatures and a maritime influence beneficial to vine-growing. From these terroirs comes "Corail", an approachable, sparkling Côtes-de-Provence rosé. To convince yourself of the estate's excellence, treat yourself to "Les Mûres", a red Côtes-de-Provence, the house's best-seller.

At Château Barbebelle, one of the oldest vineyards in the region, Madeleine and Valentin work for the best: the alliance of modernity and know-how passed down for 4 generations! The 50 ha of vineyards in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation are located at an altitude of 400 m on clay-limestone soil in the heart of 300 ha of preserved nature. The production is 100% controlled, from the vines to the marketing, in conversion to organic farming. In summer, the park hosts concerts of the festival Les Musicales dans les Vignes de Provence.

Owned by Romain and Barbara Tchénio, the Château Barbanau estate comprises 30 hectares of vineyards in two appellations: Côtes de Provence and Cassis. In this appellation, the Cuvée Kalahari, a wild, full-bodied white, expresses its breadth and depth. Alongside the star of the house, a false shy, the Cassis Blanc "Clos Val Bruyère". The reds are also waiting to be discovered. The estate's healthy practices (organic farming, biodynamics, manual harvesting) will convince you.

From this 4.5 hectare estate come great wines, stamped A.O.C. Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence since the 2016 vintage, or IGP Alpilles. Exclusively organic, five wines: the Fontanille vintage, with fruity aromas, the Barrique, a version of the Fontanille vintage in barrels, the Saint-Gabriel vintage, aged for several months in oak barrels and a 100% Syrah for the reds, as well as a rosé. About 20,000 bottles are sold each year.

Slightly set back from the port of Carry, go to the Caves de Régusse, at Marie Roy's, to make your purchases in wines and alcohols of choice. The owner is passionate about the land and you can feel it, as much in her committed speech as in the beautiful selection of regional and non-regional wines, some of them organic, champagnes and liqueurs. You will find here great rums and as many great whiskies for the amateurs. The wines presented here have a history and Marie attaches importance to it. Most of the wines come from the South of France, from Languedoc to Var.

Vanessa is at the helm of this boutique dedicated to the pleasures of wine, on the Avenue des Chartreux and a stone's throw from Parc Longchamp. Nearly 200 estate wines, in red, white and rosé, but not only that, since you'll also find a hundred or so renowned beers and spirits, as well as a fine selection of champagnes. They are organic wines, both in the assembly, without adding sulphur, and in the cultivation of the vines which are worked taking into account many parameters, including the lunar cycles. This wine and olive-growing estate is located in the heart of the Provencal countryside and produces wines from noble grape varieties. It benefits from the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence PDO. Here you can taste their wines: A.O.P. Côteaux-d'Aix-en-Provence in 3 colors, I.G.P. Alpilles. Also their A.O.P. Vallée-des-Baux-de-Provence olive oil and wines from their other estates in Sicily, South Africa and Sancerre. The estate offers a reception room for hire with terrace.

Steven Giroud was still a student when he set up his craft brewery in 2015. Since then, Aixpression has made a name for itself on the tables of even the finest restaurants in the Aix region. His beers are fine and elegant, white, blond, russet or brown, aromatic without being sophisticated, they are made from Champagne yeast. And since 2019, Steven has been producing spirits under the Maison ArGuIn label. Not entirely by chance: his family has been making wine for several generations, and the art of blending is a passion. Pierre-François Terrat is one of the best winemakers in the Coteaux d'Aix appellation. His rosé Les Béates is of a rare power and can accompany meat dishes without any problem. Anything but a thirst-quenching wine. In a lighter range, the cuvée Les Béatilles is pleasant to drink. We appreciate the very reasonable prices considering the quality. The Béates vineyard covers 53 hectares of the best land in Lambesc. The Béates were nuns who, in the 16th century, went from village to village to teach children to read and write.

The vineyard and winery are located in the hamlet of Saint-Julien. A privileged location, where different grape varieties have been cultivated in a sunny natural setting for over 50 years. Constantly evolving La Venise Provençale produced its first certified organic harvests in 2020, with 20% of the vineyards in conversion to organic farming. On the plateau of Puyricard, come and discover this 15-hectare vineyard estate cultivated in organic mode. It was acquired in 1932. Today, it is Nathalie and Jean-Michel Escoffier who perpetuate the tradition, while respecting the vine, the environment, the taste and the scents. The wines are tasted on site, under the wise advice of Nathalie and Jean-Michel. Carry Winery is the story of a group of friends, Jerôme, Fred and Mo, who are passionate about wine and who embarked on the crazy project of growing and producing the only wine on the Côte Bleue. Five years later, we produce here some 6,000 bottles of rosé and 2,000 of red depending on the year. No appellation for the moment, or rather, the appellation of uncontrolled origin as we like to say here. For the rosé, a forgotten grape variety, counoise, combined with vermentino and ripe grenache, with certain maritime contributions. Production of marc and Pastis.
