Created in 1951, this family vineyard extends over 7 hectares, mainly composed of terraces on the side of the Couronne de Charlemagne massif. A terroir that gives whites and rosés mineral, ample and well-balanced notes. White white and red wines also have a great reserve. A very good Cassis with a constant quality, whose manufacturing secrets you can discover!

This estate now covers 200 hectares (a third of the surface area dedicated to grape growing in Arles!). Red, rosé and white wines, the grape varieties are diverse to say the least (chardonnay, sauvignon, merlot...). Everything to sprinkle a delicious meal. The work of the vineyards is done in the respect of the tradition, without chemical weedkiller. And the result is the height. This vineyard in organic agriculture extends over 105 ha of small terraced plots. Owned by the Audibert family for five generations, it is the oldest wine estate in Lambesc. This cooperative, created in 1963, has 30 winegrower members whose vineyards are located in Roquefort la Bédoule, a stone's throw from Cassis. Two vintages are vinified there. In the ^15th century, this superb property was the Clos du Roi René. With a vineyard of 50 hectares, Château Simone has been owned by the Rougier family since 1830. The cellars, dug in the ^16th century by the religious order of the Grands Carmes d'Aix, contain several galleries on different levels; they are remarkable for their homogeneous temperature and natural hygrometry. It is said that this estate produces one of the best wines in the whole region... Note that it was one of Churchill's favorite wines!

The family estate has been run for 5 generations by Nicolas Bontoux, assisted by his children Émile, Louise and Joseph, who, with the same determination and drive, develop new cuvées (silver medal winner at the Paris agricultural competition, and gold medal winner at the Lyon 2024 competition); as well as artisanal products grown on the vineyard, such as honey and olive oil. Located on the outskirts of Cassis, this 30-hectare estate, which benefits from clay and silica-limestone soils, was created by Émile Bodin in 1890. The Bodin brand was then registered worldwide.

This estate on the Crau plain is a very special place. Here, vines, wheat, barley and olives are grown. Wine and beer are produced, as well as fruit, vegetables and aromatic plants. It produces one of the most interesting organic wines in the Alpilles PGI. At the Domaine de Lagoy, established as a marquisate at the beginning of the 18th century and controlled by a castle classified as a historical monument, the descendants of the Meyran family, who have owned the property for nearly 340 years, run an 18-hectare vineyard planted in 1976, which has been converted to organic farming since 2001. Domaine Guilbert is the story of the smallest estate in the appellation, with 6 hectares of vines planted around a Provencal farmhouse and cultivated organically. In 2007, Guy and Nathalie left their city, their job and their habits to put all their energy into a project: to do everything with their hands on the estate. After two years of apprenticeship, the roles were naturally distributed: Guy is in the vineyards and in the cellar; Nathalie speaks about the wine, markets it and has created its image and reputation.

It all started with a man who was passionate about rice growing and wanted to promote the I.G.P. Camargue rice. The idea was born: why not replace the barley for beer with rice, as was already practiced for a long time in the East? For 9 years, the company Plus beau le riz has been marketing three beers (blonde, red and brown) for the three colors of rice, in nearly 300 points of sale. These beers are light, low in alcohol and thirst-quenching with specific tastes: honey for the blonde, caramel for the red and licorice for the brown.

At the foot of the Alpilles, the estate has belonged to the Sabran-Pontevès family since 1817.Éloïse perpetuates a long wine tradition by developing the vines, planted by her great-grandparents in 1900. After more than a decade of work, the Domaine de Lauzières (on the D 24, 6 km from Mouriès) gradually restored its past chandelier.
