Here, everything is handmade with local products selected for their qualities. Thanks to a good dose of love and know-how, the result is simply delicious. Let yourself be tempted by the house specialty, the Olinette, a sweet and salty cookie made with PDO olive oil. You can find them on the market of Oraison and at night in summer.
