Chef Yvan Desrey is a lover of cuisine, Mediterranean dishes and traditional cuisine. He will delight your taste buds with his daily specials: chicken escalope in the Bocconcini style, Provençal beef stew, but also, for the Creole, chicken, lamb, fish or prawns, colombo, jerk-rub, curry or massalé dishes. The menu includes traditional and Provençal specialities such as roasted duck breast, leg of lamb with tapenade, Banon fondant or Meenne plate, which showcases local specialities flavoured with oils from the various mills located nearby. In summer, you can take advantage of the two terraces of the restaurant.

The slate of the day varies according to the mood and envy of David, the chef. Depending on the season, hot goat cheese salad with bacon and noix ; 2 Frères burger with chips maison ; tagliatelle gorgonzola cured ham... when others will prefer grilled meat from France such as this 900 gram rib of beef for 2 personnes ; or this leg of lamb from Sisteron. Remember that all sauces are homemade. Among the desserts: a small dessert pizza or a fiadone. You will be seated in a warm atmosphere with a wood oven or on a sunny day on the pleasant and large terrace. The plus: the whole card is available to take away. We come and come back with our eyes closed!
